We offer a low hourly rate for on-site service for everything from setups and installations to upgrades and repairs. Whether your hard drive is crashed, your printer won't print, or you just need to get on to the internet, we can help you. Since we also guarantee our services with a service warranty, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will remedy the problem free of charge!! We provide our services wherever and whenever you need them!

Service Contracts are available to not only our commercial customers but also to residential consumers. We have pricing packages to accommodate your computing situation. Having a service contract with our company not only gives you priority technical support, it can decrease your servicing rates based on your individual needs.

All visits will be billed a minimum of one hour, and then thirty-minute increments after that. If your computer requires repair off-site, ComFix will carefully transport your system to our service center and return it back to you for our low cost travel charge rate.

Payment Terms
Upon completion of services, an invoice will be created, mailed and/or emailed, and arrive within 1 week after service completion. They are due within 30 days upon the date of the invoice.  After 30 days has exceeded and no payments have been received, a late charge shall be added to balance.
